Small corner Mexican restaurant... below average prices... very affordable for a family of 4... just a simple restaurant with excellent food and great service ... capacity is limited due to covid... very fast service and even though a simple menu, excellent food
I eat the bean tostadas at least weekly... just do it, you won't regret it. (But always try and eat them right away or they may fall apart if they sit too long.) And always add the hot sauce! Cheap, delicious meal - NEVER disappointed!
It's casual with food served on paper plates. I've loved it for years. My favs are the enchiladas, chicken mole (which I don't even like or order anywhere else) and green salsa. I'm telling you their mole is one of my favorite foods! Don't expect fancy but it's authentic and we get it every time we're in Milwaukee.
The mole is amazing it's nothing on the menu is over 8 dollars...and you will probably be able to stuff your self for like $10...some of the best Mexican food in the city...service is hit or miss but very authentic and for the price you can't beat it
We have been coming to Conijetos since the 70's and it's still my favorite restaurant of all time, and when I say my favorite it's not just Mexican food. The food has always been consistent .
